BREAKING: Mike Halpin Running For Illinois State Senate

BREAKING NEWS: Mike Halpin, who has served as Illinois State Representative for the 72nd District including the Quad-Cities since 2017, announced this afternoon that he’s running for State Senate. Halpin will run in the 36th district, which is currently represented by Neil Anderson. However, Anderson, who lives in Andalusia, was drawn out of that district in the latest redistricting maps and is ineligible for reelection.
