Gala will be simultaneously happening in 15 cities on Saturday, March 4. One of the chosen locations is our very own IWireless Center in Moline. You can be a hero by helping a good cause this weekend while also getting your 5K on – in costume. The Superhero 5K will be held 7 a.m. to noon Saturday beginning at Veterans Memorial Park, 1645 23rd St, Bettendorf. Tickets and more info are available at www.gigisplayhouse.com. This event includes a 5K run, 1-Mile Walk, and Dash for Down Syndrome, as well as music, food and drink, games and more. The 5K is a timed run. The top female and male runners will be recognized.
