Hair-raising tales for all ages happening throughout October at the Bettendorf Library

BETTENDORF, IOWA – September 27, 2023 – Those looking for a taste of October-themed thrills will want to stop into the Bettendorf Public Library located at 2950 Learning Campus in Bettendorf.
