The free event will feature food trucks and local bands at the Ruth and Lefty Anderson Pavilion, 3750 7th Ave., Rock Island. The United States Navy Concert Band, which has been entertaining audiences and supporting the Navy with some of the best musicians in the country, played to a full house at Augustana College’s Centennial Hall this weekend.
