The fairgrounds will host a Battle of the Bands QC  Saturday, March 20 from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Fair Center. Most of the 10 bands are coming from throughout Illinois and Iowa, including the Q-C’s own all-female band, Been There Done That. The first round of the battle is here! On Friday, January 27 Rock Island Brewing Company, (RIBCO) will be hosting its first of 3 rounds for their Battle of the Bands. This event starts at 9 p.m. and lasts until 12:45 a.m. with three bands rocking the stage: Mea Culpa, Devils Heat, and Soldout War. The winner is determined by crowd vote.
