Simon Says Take A Tangent To Taste Buds

Local underground artist Simon Tangent is having his debut showing of his art at the latest Taste of Q-C Art at Taste Buds, 1629 2^nd Ave., Rock Island (in the District, across from Bennigans).

An opening reception for the show will be held from 5 to 6 p.m. Friday. Patrons can meet and talk to the artist and indulge in free coffees, smoothies, candy, snacks and more.

A Taste of Q-C Art is sponsored by QuadCities.com and features new local artists every two weeks, with receptions every other Friday at Taste Buds.
