The 6th Annual Case Creek Obstacles (7625 120th Avenue Coal Valley) Mud Run 5K is happening this Saturday Aug 11!
Whether you are an avid runner or a first-time participant, get back to nature with this scenic adventure while supporting local charities.
The Case Creek Obstacle course is a 5K Mud Run filled with 30+ obstacles. It’s located on a farm in Coal Valley. You’ll run up and down hills, through pastures, woods, and rugged terrain. You’ll snake through Case Creek the last 3/10 of a mile. You’ll be provided with a challenging course that will test your endurance. Walkers are welcome, and all obstacles are optional.
The Mud Run 5K competitive heats will begin at 8:45 a.m. (Men’s) and 8:50 a.m. (Women’s). The Co-ED Race waves begin at 9 a.m. There will be at least 3 obstacles in the main area. These obstacles will most likely be in the main area as well: Tire Wall, Ninja Scaling Wall, and Weight Lift. There will also be a 1/2 mile walk to watch the monkey bars over water event, if you really want to see it.
