LandJet Unveils Next-Generation Mobile Office Vehicles From Winnebago Industries
Quad Cities, IA — LandJet, the nation’s first and only mobile office transportation franchise, has launched its next-generation fleet of custom Mercedes Sprinter mobile office vehicles, manufactured exclusively by Winnebago Industries (NYSE: WGO).
The new vehicles transform unproductive regional business travel into billable work time, offering executives a private-jet experience on the ground.
The custom-upfitted Sprinters are produced at Winnebago’s manufacturing facilities in Iowa and Indiana as part of the company’s Specialty Vehicles division. Each vehicle is built on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis and outfitted with a full mobile office suite — including high-speed WiFi, 120V power outlets with USB charging, a 2,000-watt pure sine wave inverter, LCD monitors, conference seating for up to eight passengers, leather interiors, privacy partitions, and task lighting.
“Business executives billing $200 to $1,000 per hour lose thousands of dollars in productivity on every regional drive,” said Ryan Landry, CEO at LandJet. “Our vehicles eliminate that waste entirely. A two-to-four-hour drive becomes a two-to-four-hour work session — at a fraction of the cost of private aviation and with door-to-door convenience no airline can match.”

Addressing a Massive Market Gap
The U.S. business travel market is projected to reach $395.4 billion in 2025, according to the Global Business Travel Association’s 2025 Business Travel Index Outlook. LandJet targets the underserved regional intercity segment — trips of 80 to 300 miles where flying is impractical due to TSA screening, connections, and ground transportation adding three to four hours to what should be a short trip, and where driving wastes hours of executive productivity.
LandJet currently operates across 18+ markets spanning the Texas Triangle, Midwest Core, Central, and Great Lakes regions, with plans to scale to 150 franchise units, 300 vehicles, and 50+ metropolitan markets within five years.
The Winnebago Partnership
Winnebago Industries, a publicly traded manufacturer with approximately $2.8 billion in annual revenue, brings decades of vehicle engineering expertise to the partnership. The collaboration leverages Winnebago’s established Mercedes Sprinter conversion capabilities — the company already produces multiple Class B and Class C motorhome lines on the Sprinter platform, including the Era, Boldt, Revel, View, and Navion. LandJet vehicles are available in two configurations:
The Rolling Board Room — seats eight passengers around a conference table layout, designed for team travel and working meetings on the move.
The Rolling Executive — seats seven passengers in executive-style seating, optimized for individual productivity and comfort.
Both models feature full mobile office amenities and are operated by trained LandJet “Pilots” — professional drivers who also serve as hospitality hosts.

Franchise Expansion Underway
LandJet operates as an asset-light franchise system, with independent franchise owners operating in exclusive territories across the country. The company is actively recruiting qualified franchisees through national franchise expos, discovery days, and broker partnerships.
“There are zero direct competitors in the mobile office ground transportation space,” the company noted. “Adjacent options — ride-share, limousines, and private aviation — offer either luxury without productivity or productivity at inaccessible price points. LandJet is the only option that delivers both.”
