MVBS.org and Crawford Brew Works have partnered for a Blues ‘n’ Brews Concert Series to raise money for the Blues education outreach program, Blues in the Schools. MISSISSIPPI HEAT FRIDAY, APRIL 22 – 7:30pm Mississippi Heat stands as one of the longest-running bands in Chicago, as well as a launching pad for many blues players who’ve gone on to successful solo careers. The Augustana College Department of Music presents “Messiah”, May 1, 2022 at 3 p.m. in Centennial Hall. George Frideric Handel’s “Messiah” will be performed by the Augustana Oratorio Society, conducted by Dr. Jon Hurty, Director of Choral Activities at Augustana College.
