Western Illinois Symphony Orchestra to Host Free Halloween Performance

The Western Illinois University Symphony Orchestra invites the community to a free, family-friendly Halloween concert from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31.

The performance will feature festive and familiar pieces, including music from Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean, Danse Macabre and The Sorcerer’s Apprentice.

In addition to the concert, the event will include goody bags for all children and a Halloween costume parade, with prizes awarded to the winners.

This special event offers an opportunity for audiences of all ages to enjoy an evening of spooky fun and orchestral favorites with the WIU Symphony Orchestra.
