Summerween Market Coming To Rock Island’s Skeleton Key Next Weekend

On Saturday, August 2, 2025, QC Haunts & History will be hosting its first Summerween market. This outdoor event will take place at Skeleton Key Arts and Antiques. The market will run from 12pm – 4pm.
The Summerween market is a Halloween/spooky-themed event. Shop local and shop small for items and services including: spooky, horror, oddities, horror and weird lit authors, podcasters, performers, metaphysical, body care.
Summerween is the market for all things creepy, kooky, mysterious, and spooky. Because Halloween should come more than once a year. 🎃
FUNDRAISER: We will be taking donations for the ASPIRE Education Center. ASPIRE offers alternative education options for students in Moline-Coal Valley schools. It provides enhanced access to courses and activities, as well as greater access to advising, counseling services, and mental health support.
There will be:
– Costume contests!
– For kids
– For adults
– Best horror themed tattoo!
– Judged by Penny Lane Tattoo
– 1st prize: Penny Lane Tattoo gift certificate
For Vendors
We’re looking for awesome, original small businesses, artists, and more. Also seeking musicians to play spooky music during the event. Snack vendors are welcome (we don’t have electrical hook-ups for food trucks, sorry). We’re also seeking musicians, authors, podcasters, and more.
