Alt Rock And Pop Drop Down RIBCO’s Chimney On Friday

Are you a fan of Alternative or Rock music? Are you looking for an event the night before Christmas Eve? On Friday, Dec. 23, Rock Island Brewing Company (RIBCo) will be hosting a concert featuring Waking Robots, Vanishing Kids, and Us Mode. From 9:00 p.m. till midnight, those who are 21 and older will be able to attend this concert. Rock Island Brewing Company is located at 1815 2^nd Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201 and it is will cost $6 for entry.

Waking Robots is an Alternative band originated from Davenport, Iowa. They currently have two albums released and are currently working on a third: “Waking Robots” (2015), “The Revenger’s Tragedy Soundtrack” (2016), and the untitled in progress album (2016). Vanishing Kids (VK) is a four-member rock band based out Madison, Wisconsin. The band consists of Nikki Drohomyreky on Vocals, Organ, Synths, and Percussion; Jason Hartman on Guitar; Jerry Sofran on Bass; and Hart Allan Miller on Drums. VK currently has five albums released: “Mother Earth,” “Skies in Your Eyes” (2007), “Spirit Visions” (2013), “Eyes of Secrets” (2015), and an untitled album released in May, 2016.
