Murderously Funny Mystery Set For Cambridge Fundraiser

The Cambridge Academic Foundation invites the community to an evening of suspense, laughter, and intrigue at “Murder at the Mall II: The Class Reunion,” a murder mystery comedy written by Tom Akers. The event will take place Saturday, Feb. 28th at Midland Golf Club in Kewanee, with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. and the show beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Set against the backdrop of a high school reunion gone terribly wrong, the story revisits a decades-old mystery. In 1985, Tiffany — a queen bee high school student — was murdered at Sunny Court Mall… or was she? On the anniversary of her mysterious demise, ten of Tiffany’s classmates — all present the night she was killed — are invited to their 25th class reunion by an unknown host. As the evening unfolds, guests begin to meet their own untimely ends. Can the cast unravel the mystery before they, too, become victims?

Guests can expect an interactive and entertaining evening filled with comedy, suspense, and surprises. Tickets are just $25 per person, and attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in both a silent auction and a live auction.

All proceeds from the evening will benefit the Cambridge Academic Foundation, which supports Cambridge School District teachers by providing funds for classroom materials and educational enhancements that enrich student learning experiences.

Don’t miss this thrilling and fun-filled night for a great cause. Gather your friends, sharpen your detective skills, and prepare for a reunion you won’t soon forget. For ticket information or more details, contact the Cambridge Academic Foundation, at cambridgecademicfoundation@gmail.com.
