The Midwest Monster Fest, originally slated Sept. 5-7 at The Rust Belt in East Moline, has been postponed until those same dates in 2021, fest officials announced today.

At MIDWEST MONSTER FEST the safety, health and well-being of all our fans, vendors, stars, and staff are top priority. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic’s effects on the local and Illinois state restrictions on indoor gatherings we have decided to cancel our Sept 2020 show and focus on the new date of September 3rd-4th-5th, 2021 show still at the Rust Belt in East Moline IL. Now a THREE-day show instead of two!!!

Ticket Rollover with New Perks or Refund
Ticket holders for the 2020 event have a few options. Email mwmonsterfest@gmail.com and inform us you wish to rollover your 2020 tickets and be rewarded with new perks, or request a refund. Ticket holders that do not contact us via email will automatically be rolled over to 2021. In order to gain the new perks you must email and state you wish for “Rollover with new perks” otherwise, like stated, you will be rolled over as is with no perks. We recommend ticket holders to rollover as 2021 will be bigger and longer than the 2020 plans. Ticket prices for 2021 will be increased due to it being bigger and longer. Rollover will save you money as well as those new perks.

• New perks additions per ticket type:

• VIP: 2-Day passes become 3-Day. Brand-new VIP Shirt, Stocking Cap and swag bag of new merch.

• 2-Day Pass: 2-Day passes become 3-Day. Swag bag of new merch. 30 min early entry each day.

• 1-Day Pass: 1-Day passes become 2-Day. Swag bag of new merch. 30 min early entry each day.

Hotel Refunds
Those who reserved hotel for the event will need to contact your hotel and request a refund. New 2021 deals will be released later.

Thanks to everyone’s patience and understanding while we went through this difficult decision and apologize for the extra steps those of you may need to do now. It was our hope that circumstances would change for 2020 date thus why we held off announcing this until now. It was a hard choice to make and makes a lot more work and financial difficulties but it’s the right thing to do for the safety of all. Guest list wont be exactly the same as before but as many as possible of 2020’s list will be still be there. We can tell you it will be just as great as well as bigger. We will continue updating you as the news and updates come.
