Join Davenport Public Library Friday, April 9th at 2:30 pm to explore and learn about the curious world of archives and manuscripts at the Richardson-Sloane Special Collections Center.

April’s topic is Resources for Land and Property Research in Scott County, Iowa. We will demonstrate how to find a family’s past real estate transactions and how to trace the transaction history on a parcel of land using both microfilmed county records and original sources unique to our archives and manuscript collection.
