Trick or Treat hours in the City of Moline have been set for Sunday, October 31st from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Illinois Department of Public Health has released the following guidance for families participating: If you think you could have COVID-19 or have been exposed, do not participate in in-person Halloween festivities or give out candy to trick-or-treaters. Those trick-or-treating and those handing out candy should try to maintain 6-feet of social distancing and wear face coverings. Put on your best costume and join the Moline Parks and Recreation Department for a Not-so-Normal Spooktacular trick or treat this Thursday Oct 29 from 3 – 7:30 p.m. at Stephens Park (7th Street and 15th Avenue Moline). Fright Night is moving to Sunset Park! This year the Rock Island Parks and Recreation department will be having a Drive-Through Fright Night on Thursday Oct 22 from 5 – 7 p.m.! Marc is most known for playing Skippy on Family Ties, Price starred as Eddie ‘Ragman’ Weinbauer in the 1986 horror film Trick Or Treat.
