Michael Carton, director of education and outreach for WQPT (Quad Cities PBS), is in his fourth year of teaching computer coding classes to area K-3 students. But since last spring, it’s been very limited because of Covid restrictions. Just because school is out, that doesn’t mean the fun and learning has to end! Throughout the month of July, the Davenport Public Library will be hosting Fairytale STEM on Facebook Live. The fun kicks off this Thursday Jul 2 from 2 – 2:30 p.m. and will continue every Thursday afternoon throughout the month of July. The Bett STEM Expo is an annual event featuring fun and educational science, technology, engineering, and math activities for kids.
