Downtown Moline is ready to roar with sin, steak and rock ‘n’ roll this week! On the sin side, Sin City Orchestra performs on The Plaza at Bass Street Landing Thursday, August 4 at 7:00 p.m. They bring a little rock, blues, Motown and a chunk-o-funk to the stage.
