It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s a hot air balloon! It must be time for the Quad Cities Balloon Festival! That’s right, it is time for the Quad Cities Balloon Festival! This year’s event will take place on Friday Sep 22 and Saturday Sep 23. Gates open at 4 p.m. on both days. There are no admission costs for the Balloon Festival.
