The Old West is coming to the Quad Cities! The National Congress of Old West Shootists (NCOWS) convention rolls into town this weekend. The NCOWS will be holding their 2017 National Convention at the Radisson Quad City Plaza (111 E 2nd St. Davenport) on Friday March 24 from 1-5pm, Saturday March 25 from 9am-5pm and Sunday March 27 from 10am-2pm.
