Join the Davenport Parks and Recreation department for a Not-so-Haunted Fejervary experience this Saturday Oct 24 from 12 – 5 p.m. at Fejervary Park (1800 W 12th Street Davenport). Join the Library’s youth services department on the Facebook Live every Wednesday beginning in September at 10:00 am for some storytime fun! We’ll read stories, sing songs, share interactive games & fingerplays, and hopefully, brighten up your day. Beginning Friday, May 22, 2020, the Family Museum will once again open its doors to the public. New guidelines have been implemented to help ensure the health and safety of Museum staff and guests. The sky’s the limit on the new Family Museum play area. Literally. The Sky’s the Limit is the Museum’s brand-new, aviation-themed, outdoor play structure open now for visitors to the museum, 2900 Learning Campus Drive, Bettendorf. The Sky’s the Limit was designed by Cunningham Recreation of Ankeny, Iowa. Ground broke for the renovation on May 31, 2016. The exhibit resembles an airplane and invites children to fly or ride to wherever their imaginations take them.
