The Quad Cities Community Foundation is targeting the persistent racial disparities that impact the social and economic well-being of Quad Citizens of color with a $50,000 Transformation Grant to United Way. The Davenport Public Library is proud to partner with Dr. Burl Randolph, Jr., for a Veterans Day program. On Thursday, November 12th at 1:00 pm, Dr. Randolph will present Pursuing Your Passion: My Journey of Military Service. Dr. Burl Randolph, Jr., DM, is a retired Army Military Intelligence Colonel with nearly 32-years of service and three combat tours in Iraq.
