Western Illinois University COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic Set for April 1

The McDonough County Health Department, in cooperation with Western Illinois University, will host a COVID-19 vaccination clinic for WIU faculty, staff and student employees only (graduate assistants and undergrad student workers) from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Thursday, April 1 on the WIU-Macomb campus. Please note that retirees, dependents, spouses and alumni are not eligible to participate. Thursday, March 11, COVID-19 surveillance testing is underway at Western Illinois University and will continue as the semester progresses. MACOMB/MOLINE, IL – From Monday, Nov. 16 through Friday, Nov. 20, free COVID-19 simple nasal swab tests will be provided to any member of the Western Illinois University Macomb campus community (students/faculty/staff) prior to the holidays. MACOMB/MOLINE, IL – Surveillance testing is underway on Western Illinois Unviersity’s Macomb and Quad Cities campuses. Each week, approximately 700 students, faculty and staff will receive an email encouraging them to get a free COVID test provided by Beu Health Center.
