River Circus Floats into LeClaire August 23!

Come see FLOTSAM! River Circus in Le Claire, IA on August 23rd! FLOTSAM! is a troupe of musicians, circus artists, and puppeteers traveling on a handmade raft, giving free performances in riverfront towns along the way. Performance starts at 6 pm and should be done by 7:30. Bring a blanket or lawn chair to sit on, come early for a good spot! The performance is FREE, but donations are much appreciated.
