Flamingo Follies Finale Flying In

Flamingos have been flocking to the Quad City Botanical Center this past week and are ready to be judged. ​The Flamingo Follies exhibit will culminate at the QC Botanical Center’s (2525 4th Avenue Rock Island) Art in the Garden event this Saturday Aug 1 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Admission on closing day is included with admission to Art in the Garden, which is $10. The exhibit will be judged by Botanical Center guests. The three artist categories include adult, youth and professional. Quad City Botanical Center Expanding Services

The Quad City Botanical Center is expanding services in alignment with the phase four guidelines set by the State of Illinois with COVID-19 protection protocols in place. All guests are REQUIRED to wear a mask inside the building and highly ENCOURAGED to wear a mask outdoors. Online ticket purchases are ENCOURAGED to reduce close contact with guest services staff. Art In The Garden Blooming In August At Quad City Botanical Center

Art in the Garden will bloom Saturday, August 1, 2020 at 9 AM – 4 PM at Quad City Botanical Center, 2525 4th Ave., Rock Island. Local and regional artists including jewelers, photographers, painters, woodworkers, fabric artists, and others who are inspired by nature to create, will exhibit and sell their art pieces at this outdoor show.
