Glorie Iaccarino is a Quad City native and Ambassador for the Arts. Her passion for creativity, advocacy and community is evident in the service she has provided over the last twenty five years in the QCA.
Ms. Iaccarino's support for the arts includes the founding of the Eco Arts Council in May of 2012, opening the Midwest's premier ecological Zola Gallery, hosting "Nurturing You Creative Spirit" radio show, initiating Papergirl Quad Cities - a philanthropy and art project, joining a global movement and teaching Fine/Performing and Therapeutic Arts to children and families.
She is credited for the creation of "Celebration of Woman" show, the Earth Corner program, contributing ecological columnist for Families First Magazine and founding the QC Girl Power Club. Glorie has worked tirelessly for the cause and benefits of art and its integration with community building.
Glorie has received local and international recognition for her life's work.
