How to Make Sauerkraut with Kristin Bogdonas will be held Sunday, July 16 at 2 p.m. at the German American Heritage Center, 712 W. 2^nd St., Davenport.

Come learn how to make everyone’s favorite food: Sauerkraut! Kristin Bogdonas will be demonstrating recipes and techniques so you can make your own. If you’re lucky, you may be able to try some during the presentation. Come learn something new, or expand your extensive recipe book!
