Rally At The Rock Hits Rock Island Thursday

Rally at the Rock/Open House is taking place 3:30-5:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 18 at Rock Island High School, courtyard, cafeteria, island (Rocky Cafe area)

This year, Rock Island High School is combining Rally at the Rock, the back-to-school tradition, and an Open House.

Students and their families can learn more about the clubs and sports Rock Island High School has to offer as well as provide families an opportunity to see all the wonderful things happening at Rocky.

There will be food, music, a dunk tank, tug of war, an inflatable obstacle course, and more!

There also will be over 25 district and community resources will be present to share opportunities with students and their families. People will be able to check out the renovated fitness center, historical tours of the building will be given and students are welcome to show their families their classes.

Following Rally at the Rock, families, and students are encouraged to attend the Red & Gold scrimmage football game immediately after.
