Junior League of the Quad Cities is hosting their I AM Strong 5K Mudventure Race this Saturday Aug 5 in Coal Valley (7625 120^th Ave).

I AM Strong 5K Mudventure Race is a women-only race with over 20 obstacles such as tire flips, rope pulls, balance challenges and many more! There are recreational and competitive divisions for all levels of ability, including walkers. 100% of race entry fees go to Junior League of the Quad Cities and area non-profit organizations who positively impact our community by improving the lives of women and girls. This year’s beneficiary is Dress for Success Quad Cities, an organization that empowers area women by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
