Take a Christmas Walk Through Geneseo This Weekend
Are you looking for a fun-filled day of shopping, children’s activities and a lighted Christmas parade? Then head to Geneseo this weekend!
The 34th Annual Geneseo Christmas Walk will take place this Saturday Dec 14 from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. throughout Geneseo! 
Kicking off the event, the popular Geneseo Jingle Run will take place at 8:30 a.m.
Enjoy shopping throughout the day in downtown Geneseo. Make sure to stop in one of the local breweries and pubs, as well! Children’s activities, including special crafts, face painting, writing letters to Santa, and much more will keep everyone in the family happy! Stop by Central Theater for a “ELF” Cheer-along!
The ever-growing lighted parade will begin at 5 p.m. Numerous floats, marching musicians and animals will parade southward down State Street into the downtown district. The parade ends with the lighting of Geneseo’s Christmas Tree, which is led by the mayor and Santa Claus!
After the parade, you can enjoy the business-front windows. Both living and still scenes will celebrate the season!
