Opa! Our Big Fat Greek Festival is Back!
Opa! Things are going to get a little Greek around the Quad Cities, this weekend!
St. George’s 15th Annual ‘Our Big Fat Greek Festival’ is happening this Friday Sep 6 from 4 – 11 p.m. and Saturday Sep 7 from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. at the Saint George Greek Orthodox Church (2930 31st Ave. Rock Island).
Admission is only $2 for adults. Children 12 and under are free.
Bring the entire family out for Greek cuisine, culture, music, dance and fun! Enjoy live entertainment from Paradosis Hellenic Dance Troupe, QC Motion Dance Company, as well as Guided Church Tours.
Treat your taste buds with Gyros, Tiropita, Spanakopita, Greek Fries, Saganaki, Baklava, Greek Beers and more! Drive-thru will be open both nights, until 8 p.m.
