“A Tale of two Famines” explores the role Herbert Hoover played during the Russian famines of 1921 to 23 and 1932 to 33 from the perspective of the speaker’s grandparents who experienced it and were fed by Hoover. Advance registration is required for this FREE virtual event and is now open.

About the Speaker: Robert Zapesochny is a researcher and writer who has appeared in a range of publications, including Newsmax, The American Spectator, the Washington Times, and The American Conservative.
