1. QC Uncut: Joe Lemon, Local Developer Sean Leary 1:04:19

The Rock Island County Courthouse controversy took a new turn when local developer Joe Lemon presented an offer for $8.5 million to develop the courthouse. QCUncut has long been trying to get members of the county board and Mr. Lemon on the show to talk about the offer, and finally we were able to sit down with Lemon, who gave us a very candid and open interview, answering a number of the questions surrounding his involvement and addressing a number of the rumors surrounding it and the controversy embroiled about the courthouse. As always, we continue to extend the offer to any members of the county board to appear on the show to discuss the situation and refute or clarify any of the claims made here. We also extend the offer to both sides of this situation to appear on the show together to have an open discussion presenting both sides at the same time to our audience. Please reach out to us at Sean@QuadCities.com. Thank you.
