Ah, the 50’s. The decade of poodle skirts and Elvis Presley. If you’re a fan of this decade then look no further than River Music Entertainment. On Thursday, March 2 running from 5:30 p.m. till 9:30 p.m., RME will be hosting a CAA Murder Mystery Fundraiser. This event is recommended for adults and children ages 12 and up. The facebook event page can be found at this link: https://www.facebook.com/events/238565063220098/.

The night sets the scene with a 1950’s hop. The night is, well, hopping, until someone drops dead. It’s up to you to aid the detective in solving the crime before 9:30. This interactive show will be performed by The Murder Mystery Company. Dressing up in a costume is highly encouraged. If you are in need of one, you can shop at Abernathy’s with proof of your ticket in order to get a 15% discount off of your purchase now through the event date.  More information about The Murder Mystery Company can be found at the following link: https://www.grimprov.com/.

Included with this event will be a 50/50, a prize raffle, and a silent auction. Be sure to bring cash or your checkbooks. This event is organized by the CAA PTA and all the proceeds will benefit the Creative Arts Academy of the Quad Cities.
