The 33rd Annual Tug Fest is happening in Port Byron, Illinois and LeClaire, Iowa this weekend! The highly anticipated Mississippi Valley Blues Festival returns this year, but in a new location! Due to the record-breaking flood of 2019, Mississippi Valley Blues Society announced the relocation of the 34th Mississippi Valley Blues Festival to Murphy Park at The Bend in East Moline (900 Bend Boulevard East Moline).
