The largest helium balloon parade in the Midwest is BACK! Broadcast live by KWQC-TV6, don’t miss the annual kick-off to the holiday season in downtown Davenport. This FREE event features large helium character balloons, floats, dance groups, bands, antique cars and pageant queens all to help usher in the holiday – including a visit from Santa Claus himself!
