It’s looking like the luck of the Irish isn’t going the way of the Quad-Cities St. Patrick’s Day Parade. The 35th annual bi-state event, originally slated for this Saturday, has been postponed due to concerns over the coronavirus, according to a press release sent out by the event’s president, Joe Dooley.
