Live music is returning to the River Music Experience, at 2nd and Main streets, Davenport, next month for the first time since Covid-19 shut down events in mid-March. The outdoor Live@Five series will resume in the courtyard, totally free, for all ages, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. each Friday in August and September. Davenport's Putnam Museum Reopens to Members; Public Welcome Starting July 15

The Putnam Museum and Science Center (1717 W. 12th St., Davenport) reopened to members on Wednesday, July 8 and will open to the public on Wednesday, July 15 – under new guidelines to help ensure the health, safety and enjoyment of staff and visitors. After being closed since mid-March, the museum will be open Wednesday through Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Up to 50 guests will be permitted in the museum at any given time to allow for social distancing. Crafted QC is opening up again! The quirky, fun, downtown Davenport shop at 221 E. 2nd St., will open its doors tomorrow. The shop released the following email today: Two months. We’ve been closed for over two months. There have been tears, there have been times I’ve been ready to throw in the towel, there’s been fear. But there’s also been a lot of love. On the heels of the Figge Art Museum’s first virtual exhibition comes a second virtual exhibition. Seen and Heard: The Art of Empowerment will open virtually at www.figgeartmuseum.org on Saturday.  Installed in the Figge Art Museum’s second-floor orientation gallery, Seen and Heard: The Art of Empowerment will be available for online viewing.
