“Winnie the Pooh” is stumbling and bumbling into Davenport Junior Theater this weekend — and all shows are free admission. The performances (at Nighswander Theatre, 2822 Eastern Ave.), will be Saturday Oct. 23 at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m., and Sunday Oct. 24 at 3 p.m. Admission is free for everyone, first come, first served. Davenport Junior Theatre (DJT) will be celebrating its 70th season of theater “for kids, by kids” with a four-show Mainstage season consisting of two DJT classics, Winnie-the-Pooh and Imagine That!, and two first-time shows: Annie Jr. and The Phantom Tollbooth. That eternal question is more relevant today than ever, as Davenport Junior Theatre (DJT) continues its 69th season with its second virtual production, “Alice in Wonderland,” directed by local theater artist Bobby Becher. Quad-Cities teenager Trey Gordon will be competing at 8 p.m., as the Davenport 13-year-old will be a contestant on the Food Network’s Kids’ Baking Championship!
