Playwright Clay Sander grew up in the Quad-Cities area and has gone on to make his mark in theater around Chicago and other major cities, and now he’s back with a production of his locally-inspired show, “Loser’s Bracket,” opening this weekend at the Blackbox Theatre in downtown Moline! We talk to Clay about how he got started, his career in the theater, podcasting, play writing and of course, his show opening this weekend, and more!

Sean Leary is an author, director, artist, musician, producer and entrepreneur who has been writing professionally since debuting at age 11 in the pages of the Comics Buyers Guide. An honors graduate of the University of Southern California masters program, he has written over 50 books including the best-sellers The Arimathean, Every Number is Lucky to Someone and We Are All Characters.
