  1. 119: THE ONE WHERE WE LEARN TO HATE "PEANUTS" William Pepper 1:26:39

Episode 119 is all about mixed emotions.

I mean, we’ve got news and feedback from in and around the Peanuts universe, which is great.

And we’ve got a discussion of season 1, episode1 of a BRAND NEW SNOOPY SERIES! “Camp Snoopy” just debuted on Apple TV and we’re talking about it. This could be good. Spending the summer with the Beagle Scouts doesn’t sound so bad.

But …

In this month’s Random Strip of the Month, listener Lynn presents a storyline from the strip that is maybe kind of in bad taste. So do we hate Peanuts now? Okay, maybe not, but be prepared to rethink humor in comics in general and Peanuts in particular.
