Frank Tapped to Lead Iowa’s WesleyLife Metro Community
Heather Frank, who has been serving as long-term interim executive director at The Village, a WesleyLife community in
Indianola, Iowa, has been named executive director there, effective immediately.
Frank’s tenure with WesleyLife is long and broad; she helped to open Edgewater, a WesleyLife community in West Des Moines, in 2009 as
director of assisted living, moving from there to positions with WesleyLife at Home’s network of services.
She accepted the Village interim post last year, quickly becoming a valued leader.
“We are delighted that someone with Heather’s professional and interpersonal strengths has accepted this leadership role, as The Village is on track for growth and development, with a current focus on master planning for the community,” Janet Simpson, vice president of
operations for WesleyLife, said.
“In her time as interim executive director, Heather has made a tremendous impact on the campus, building on its position as a premier choice for community living in Greater DesMoines.”
Frank will continue to be based at The Village in Indianola.
