Quad City Storm Sign Josh Kopplinger

Fourth year pro Josh Kopplinger has signed a 2021-2022 training camp contract with the Quad City Storm. Lawrence was named captain his Senior year at Lawrence University and played his first 50 games after college with the SPHL’s Macon Mayhem. Last season he rostered with FPHL Carolina in 20 games scoring eight goals and 17 assists before finishing the season with the SPHL’s Knoxville Ice Bear.  Read More

Quad City Storm Signs Defenseman Jordon Stone

The Quad City Storm has signed defenseman Jordon Stone to a training camp contract.  Stone, 25, is a native of Parker, Colorado who most recently played collegiately at Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota.  The 6’2 blue liner began his collegiate career at Johnson and Whales University before transferring to Bethel to compete in his final two years of eligibility.  Read More

Quad City Storm Sign Defenseman Joe Sova

Veteran defenseman Joe Sova will return to the Quad Cities for his 10th pro season. A native of Berwyn, Illinois, Sova steadied the Storm blue line for 32 games in the 2019-2020 season and picked up 17 points. He, along with netminder Peter Di Salvo, are the only players currently rostered with the Storm under the league’s veteran classification.    Read More

Quad City Storm Sign David Brancik

Seven-year pro David Brancik has been signed to the Storm’s 2021-2022 training camp roster. The d-man from the Czech Republic has logged four seasons in the SPHL with the Knoxville Icebears.  While manning the blue line he has also managed to contribute offensively, recording 15 goals and 43 assists in 136 career SPHL games.  Read More

Quad City Storm Sign Cole Golka

The Quad City Storm have signed Cole Golka. Golka rejoins the Storm for the 2021-2022 season after playing in three games for the Storm before the cancellation of the 2019-2020 season.  The speedy winger scored a goal and two assists in those three games and had notched three goals and fourteen assists in his previous forty games with the Birmingham Bulls; the team from which he was traded.  Read More

Quad City Storm Sign Tommy Tsicos

Quad City Storm have signed Tommy Tsicos. Tsicos returns to the Quad Cities where he played during the inaugural 2018-2019 season and for the majority of the 2019-2020 season. In his time with the Storm Tsicos logged 17 goals and 29 assists from the center position.  He was traded to the Birmingham Bulls at the end of the 2019-2020 campaign and played last year for FPHL Carolina.  Read More

Quad City Storm Sign Adam Logozzo

The Quad City Storm have signed Adam Logozzo. Logozzo is a 28-year old native of Vaughan, Ontario who has competed for the last two seasons in the Beneliga (Belgian Elite League). Logging time at both forward and defense positions he averaged a point and a half per game, most recently recording 17 goals and 13 assists in 19 games in the 2019-2020 season.  Read More

Quad City Storm Sign Forward Connor Fries

The Quad City Storm has signed forward Connor Fries to a training camp contract. Fries was acquired by the Storm early in the 2019-2020 season and finished the year third on the team in points with 12 goals and 14 assists through his 37 games played. During the Storm’s dormant season Fries signed with FPHL Columbus where he tallied 12 goals and 14 assists in 21 games en route to a league championship.  Read More

Quad City Storm Sign Brett Gravelle

Brett Gravelle was signed to the Storm’s training camp roster before the cancellation of the 2020-2021 season and will now make his Storm debut at training camp in October. Gravelle, 25, spent his first pro season last year with FPHL Elmira and recorded 13 goals and 10 assists in 20 games.  Before turning pro, Gravelle was a point per game player at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota where he was named assistant captain his junior year and Captain of the team his senior year.  Read More

Quad City Storm Re-Sign Leading Scorer Taylor Pryce

The Quad City Storm has re-signed its leading scorer from the 2019-2020 season. Taylor Pryce will return to the TaxSlayer Center for his fifth season of professional hockey after extended stints last year with the SPHL’s Birmingham Bulls, Pensacola Ice Flyers and a brief stay at the end of the season with the Huntsville Havoc. During the Storm’s 2019-2020 season Pryce was acquired from the Fayetteville Marksmen and used his speed and skill to record 15 goals and 16 assists in 42 games.  Read More
