Looking To Raise Money? Storm Ready To Help Community In Season Two

The Quad City Storm promised to be the “community’s team” during their inaugural season last year and they put their money where their promise was. Davenport Babe Ruth 15U Wins State, On To Regionals!

Davenport Babe Ruth Baseball’s 15 U team hit a towering home run in the state championship this week, winning the title and bringing home the gold to the Quad-Cities! And now, the team, coached by Brandon Jens, is getting ready to head to the Midwest Plains Regionals next week in North Dakota, after defeating Davis County in the finals 9-3. The game featured a six-run-rally in the sixth inning to break the tie and send the boys to the next stage. EMSSC Renegades Return Home Victorious From USA Cup

After a stunning first place finish at the 2019 USA Cup in Minnesota over the weekend, the U13 EMSSC Renegades returned home this week, bringing the gold cup and the spoils of their victories. The annual tournament features teams from over 25 countries worldwide and ranked teams from all 50 states. Teams must meet a certain ranking in order to be included in the mix, and EMSSC has been ranked in the top 20 throughout the season to qualify.
