KISS Night Rocks Q-C Storm Game Saturday

They’re ready to rock and roll all night and party every day, at least Saturday night, as KISS night rocks the TaxSlayer Center for the Q-C Storm! The Storm has partnered with KISS to raise money for the USO of Illinois! Special KISS jerseys will be worn at our March 9 game then auctioned off afterwards with all money going to the USO. One jersey will be raffled at the game and include two tickets to KISS on March 10 at the TaxSlayer Center. Midwest Elite Dragons Camp Returns!

Midwest Elite Dragons Soccer CAMP is coming up and the deadline to register is Feb. 28! The fourth annual CAMP, for kids ages born in years 2007, 2008 and 2009, will teach kids soccer fundamentals, attack and defensive formations, team play and game theory! Casale Joining The Q-C Storm

The Quad City Storm have traded the Fayetteville Marksmen for forward Michale Casale in exchange for future considerations. Casale, 25, is a native of Stoney Creek, Ontario and is playing his first year of professional hockey.  This season he has tallied 2 goals and 2 assists through 16 games and has recorded a +1 on-ice rating. NFL Draft Coming To Rock Island!

The NFL is returning to Rock Island! Ok, well, not a team, but the draft. Sorry! Anyway, according to officials with the parks and recreation department for the city, Round 6 of the NFL draft will be held at Augustana College on April 27. Former Augustana College and NFL quarterback Ken Anderson is also said to be involved with the proceedings. Why Rock Island? One of the founding teams of the NFL in 1920, the Rock Island Independents played their games at Douglas Park.
