Are you a local performer, theatrical actor, theater, or arts organization? We’re looking to provide you a virtual stage on the QuadCities.com site and social media! With covid rampaging, we know it’s a crazy time and we want to showcase your organization. No one can come to you but that doesn’t mean you can’t come to them. Backyard Boogie Rolling at Rozz-Tox

Join the Northern Parallels 043 for another open-air event, Backyard Boogie Edition, this Saturday Aug 8 from 7 p.m. – 12 a.m. at Rozz-Tox (2108 3rd Avenue Rock Island). This free, all ages event (21+ to drink), will feature DJ Sets from Mike Derer and HIGGY outside of Rozz-Tox. Outdoor seating includes the LaborSpace park next door, the side patio and the backyard. The Bix Jazz Society is excited to announce they are hosting a VIRTUAL JAZZ FEST on Friday Jul 31 and Saturday Aug 1. This virtual concert is free to anyone who wishes to experience 1920’s-30’s Jazz. Figge’s Big Picture in the House Goes Virtual

For the past 3 weeks, virtual free programming has been streaming live from the museum on Wednesday mornings from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. via Zoom. The program will continue through Aug 5. Since 1975, the Quad-City Times Bix 7 has been a Midwest summer tradition, bringing thousands of runners from across the globe to Run With the Best.
