Metro Offering FREE Bus Rides For K-12 Students This Fall!

In a really, really cool move and some great positive news, kids won’t have to worry about getting rides to and from school and activities this fall! Metro is offering free bus rides to K-12 students on their bus routes. Students need to show their ID for the ride, and as per existing rules, all passengers need to wear a mask on the buses. Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of the Mississippi Valley is moving to a larger office headquarters next month in Davenport. After 15 years at 130 W. 5th Street in Davenport, BBBS is relocating its headquarters to 3247 35th Street Court off Elmore Avenue and Kimberly Road in Davenport, effective August 15th.
