Village Offers Fire Muster And Lights And Sirens Parade

Are you looking for a free family-friendly event with an important message, this weekend? Then you need to head to the Village of East Davenport!

On Sunday Oct 1 the International Fire Museum and Village of East Davenport are hosting their 4^th Annual Fire Muster and Lights and Sirens Parade!

The Lights and Sirens Parade will begin at Modern Woodmen Park (209 S Gaines St Davenport) at 11:30 a.m. and will proceed to the Village of East Davenport, arriving around noon.

After the parade, from 12-4 p.m. the festivities will continue in the Village of East Davenport. Sparky the fire dog will be mingling with the crowd, along with a bounce house, live music, vendors and food vendors. A Fire Safety House will be on-site to help teach children the importance of fire safety.

While this event is free for the entire family, donations will be accepted for the Fire Museum throughout the day.
