Niabi’s educators along with other conservation organizations from the community will have hands-on activities and educational sessions to raise awareness about conservation and provide a path to action.

Global preservation efforts start in your own backyard! Take part in the world’s largest environmental movement. Earth Day activities are included in regular admission charges, which are $9 for adults, $8 for Senior Citizens (62 years and up), $6.50 for Kids (3-12 years old) and Kids 2 and under are free. Parking is $3 per vehicle and can be paid at the gate. For more information, visit http://www.niabizoo.com.

Get your morning starting early with a Breakfast with the Earth.  You will meet a very special animal guest (it’s a surprise!) that will help you understand why it is so important for people to help the Earth and the animals in it. The breakfast will be from 8:30 – 10 a.m. and the cost is $20 for member. You can register online at https://events.r20.constantcontact.com/register/eventReg?oeidk=a07eevl5z2o34875ca0&oseq=&c=&ch=.

Enjoy some breakfast and then join the festivities throughout the Zoo during our Earth Day Celebration!
