Pump Yourself Up For The Strength And Fitness Expo!

Are you a weight-lifter or interested in becoming one? Then this is the event for you!

Quad City Strongman is hosting their 4^th Annual Quad City Strength and Fitness Expo on Saturday July 22 from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. at the RiverCenter in Davenport. Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for youth and ages 10 and under are free.

This expo will feature contests and vendors to expose people to multiple opportunities to improve personal health and fitness. A Strongman contest will be taking place as well as a Power Lifting contest. Demonstrations such as feats of strength, grip strength and MAS wrestling will also be available for viewing.

Just a few of the vendors you can visit are Downrange Kayaking, Complete Nutrition, The Bath Company, Ideal Health & Wellness, United States Strongman, Quad City Strongman, Beaten Path, Little Ones Lift A Thon, multiple chiropractic offices and much more!
